Created this card with my favorite Mermaid in Mind. I used my Cricut to cut the scale background and added the amazing digi Sea Mermaid from Twinkle Lane Designs , ovet top after I colored it in. Added some bling that looked like bubbles and a fun Salty but Sweet Sentiment.
