I used the The Most Adorable Easter Bunny by The Paper Shelter. I loved everything about this image. I knew she needed to be featured on more than a card. I created a little treat bag, that I filled with eggs. No, they aren't chocolate!? It came out "adorable"  in my opinion. I was going for a carrot, maybe I should have added more green trims and fibers on the top.

I had such a great time creating this card, and trying to use as many Layers as possible. 

I started out by water coloring the image, it looks slightly different than the original image, because I traced it with water color.  It added to the grunge I was going for. I started with the card base then added a scrap of  cardstock that I embossed and inked up, then a couple strips of water colored scraps from around the image. I added the cute Gnome after I fussy cut him out. I then added some gears and a fun sticker sentiment. 

I think I got 3 layers?! Its thick and heavy!

I was so excited to create my card because as soon as I saw the image, I knew what I wanted to do. What I saw was a cute little kid trying to surf like the big kids, not Dipping a Toe. I instantly knew I was making a surf board card. 

I used a blue scrap I had and the back ground came with the image set. I loved the bright yellow colors. I mashed it up with the image and cut it out with my Cricut. 

I am sad I forgot to use an Embossing Folder, but such is life. It came out so cute... To bad I don't know any surfers to pass it on to!?
